For the Royce Group we did several areas for their residential towers located at Raj Nagar Extension, over 6000 square foot area. The design & execution for the recreational area including the swimming pool & gym, their external façade of the tower entrance, their double height atrium & their sales office for the towers were some of the things we did for them. With the play of modern LED sconce lights we created a dramatic effect for the atrium. Using vibrant colors & optimum space utilization in the recreational area we ensured that it was comfortable with a maximum seating capacity.
